I’m Gaius R, an Engineering leader with more than 18 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, combining technical leadership, people development, manufacturing execution, and engineering strategy.

My experience spans the Battery, Semiconductor, and LED industries, with expertise in equipment engineering, process development, New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness, technology transfer, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.

Throughout my career, I have led engineering activities across equipment installation and qualification, process optimization, product conversion, manufacturing scale-up, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A key part of my leadership approach is developing engineers and technicians to become technically capable, accountable, and independent. I believe sustainable manufacturing performance comes from building strong people, structured engineering practices, and clear ownership across the organization.

I also combine engineering experience with data-driven manufacturing, leveraging manufacturing analytics, Power BI, CMMS, equipment performance data, tooling traceability, and digital engineering systems to improve operational visibility, reliability, decision-making, and manufacturing efficiency.

My focus is on building capable teams, reliable manufacturing systems, and scalable engineering organizations that can support technology introduction, production growth, continuous improvement, and long-term manufacturing success.
